- Operate firefighting equipment.
- Examine debris to obtain information about causes of fires.
- Prepare hoses or water supplies to fight fires.
- Request emergency personnel.
You need to do training to become a firefighter.

- to be over 18 years old
- to pass a police check
- to pass a medical assessment and fitness test
