Some content on Tahatū is not currently available for licensing. In particular, the photos and videos on Tahatū are not suitable for copying, screenshotting, recording or other reuse (other than viewing directly through Tahatū). Videos should only be embedded elsewhere with permission from the copyright owner, so please contact us if you would like to do so.
You also must not reuse any logos, emblems and trademarks on Tahatū or its design elements without permission.

Where our content is sourced from a third party under a public licence, you may be able to licence that content directly from its original source. You are generally free to copy, distribute and adapt that content as long as you attribute it to the licensor and abide by the other licence terms.

- school subjects data is based on NCEA achievement standards data from NZQA
- career idea Holland scores, which drive Interest quiz results, are from O*NET.
Other third-party content (for example, some downloadable files) is not provided under public licence. This content is generally branded with the third-party’s logo.
