These terms and conditions apply to you as a user of Tahatū Career Navigator, and to us as the owner of Tahatū Career Navigator.
When we say ‘we’ or ‘us’, we mean the Tertiary Education Commission Te Amorangi Mātauranga Matua (TEC). We are the New Zealand Government agency that runs Tahatū.

As a user of Tahatū who has an account, you acknowledge that you are at least 13 years of age or have permission from your guardian to use to the website.

Tertiary Education Commission (TEC) contentNgā kiko a Te Amorangi Mātauranga Matua (TEC),
Some content on Tahatū is not currently available for licensing. In particular, the photos and videos on Tahatū are not suitable for copying or other reuse. You also must not reuse any logos, emblems and trade marks on Tahatū or its design elements without permission.
Any other content on Tahatū that is created by TEC (or that TEC has licensed from third parties with the ability to sublicense) is licensed to you under a Creative Commons licence, CC BY 4.0. The Our data page contains more information on how you can use the TEC content and attribute TEC as the source of the content. You must comply with those requirements.
