You need
- a New Zealand Certificate in Energy and Chemical Field Operations (Level 4) or similar
- a driver licence
You may need
- a New Zealand Certificate in Energy and Chemical Process Operations (Level 5)
- a bachelor's degree in science or similar area
- a Postgraduate Certificate in Geothermal Energy Technology
- a driver licence with a special-type vehicle endorsement
- experience in similar work
If you’re in school
You usually need NCEA Level 2 to do the study or training for this job.
