You need experience to become a security worker supervisor and a qualification may be useful.
You need
- experience in similar work
- to be 18 years old
- to pass a medical assessment and drug test
- to pass a police check

- a Certificate of Approval from the Ministry of Justice
- a New Zealand Certificate in Security (Intermediate) (Level 4)
- a driver licence
- a First Aid Certificate
