Horticulture and viticulture, Ahumāra me te ahuwaina

Horticulture and viticulture is the study of how to cultivate, propagate and produce crops that are intensively managed like fruit, vegetables, flowers, foliage, nursery crops, trees, shrubs, plants and sports greens and turf.

It gives you an understanding of plant physiology and growth, propagation, diseases, pests and weed control, and horticultural and viticultural technology and methods.
