You need
- a current branch manager’s licence from the Real Estate Authority
- a New Zealand Certificate in Real Estate (Level 5) OR
- a Graduate Diploma in Business Studies (Real Estate)
- 3 years’ experience at a licensed real estate agency
- to be 18 years old
- to be a fit and proper person
You may need
- experience in similar work
- a driver licence
- knowledge of the local real estate market
