You usually need a qualification and experience to become a product development manager.
You may need
- a tertiary qualification in project management, software engineering, web design and development or similar area
- experience in similar work
- to be registered with the Product Development and Management Association of New Zealand
If you’re in school
You usually need NCEA Level 3 to do the study or training for this job.
